Our very own Olympian and Sprint Queen, Geraldine Pillay was the first South African sprinter to win silver in the 100m and bronze in the 200m sprints at a Commonwealth Games and has featured in a number of championships across the globe, including the Beijing Olympics in 2008.

Having trained with other world-class athletes like Jamaican, Asafa Powell, Geraldine is applying her wealth of knowledge as a coach. She shares her experience and knowledge on planning and structuring a training program, peaking at the right time, as well as dealing with the stress of competition and the expectations of others.
