I’m not one for New Year resolutions..in fact, I’m really bad at keeping promises to myself, possibly because I am better at keeping my promises to others. I’m the type that keeps their word.
So in 2018, I have decided to wrap my NYR…my commitment to myself into one word.
KINDNESS
A word that will guide my actions, my decisions and my reactions to unexpected, unfair and even unkind situations..
A word that will guide my tongue, lead my behaviour when I engage with people who I will meet, connect and reconnect with or just encounter over the course of the year.
A word to which I will hold myself accountable.
