SA Sprint Champion, National coach, Olympic sprint coach and IAAF lecturer, PAUL GORRIES joins our elite speaker panel.
Paul’s long list of achievements on the track include National and African champion over 100m, 200m & 400m; World Youth and Junior champion, Commonwealth Games silver medallist, World Cup Athletics bronze medallist…to name a few.
Paul was appointed as Head Coach of Sprints at the 2016 Africa Championships and Rio Olympics, and is currently actively involved in coaching star athletes including the 2015 Africa Junior 100m Champion, Tamzin Thomas; 400m sensation Barend Koekemoer and multiple Paralympic Medalist, Ndodomzi Jonathon Ntutu.
